Tommy Toucan, Jungle Guide, Final Painting

Today I finished page 25, which shows Tommy Toucan leading the kids down the right path to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. The tortoise has no clue what’s going on — he won’t be making the journey. Buddy is jubilant. Jimmy and Betty are fist bumping and happy to be on the right track.

Tomorrow I’ll start page 26, in which the kids come up against a notorious alligator who wants to give them a ferry ride across the river. Sound suspicious to me!
