Trying a Watercolor Paper Background Image to Add Texture

I’m still working on finding a nice, soft, organic look for my digital drawings. Today’s image shows yesterday’s image with a watercolor paper texture. I think the added texture makes the mechanical gradient fill area look more interesting. My process was to import the texture image and place it on the top layer, give it a divide blending mode, and set the opacity to 50%. BTW, I’m using the watercolor texture image included in Frankentoon’s Crayon Brush pack for Procreate.
